Martin Lel is a Kenyan long distance and marathon runner. Martin won the London Marathon in 2005, 2007 and 2008 and has won the New York Marathon and the Great North Run two times each, in addition to many other career victories.

Martin started using Nexus underwear in 2007. Martin wears the pyjamas at night to aid recovery after every marathon.
